Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

The wellbeing of employees has become an intrinsic part of workplace health and safety, which no longer just focuses on the physical dangers in the workplace. Employers have a responsibility for the mental wellbeing of their staff, and it helps to take a proactive approach to supporting healthy behaviour - both at work and at home. An important factor is achieving healthy relationships between workmates.

Every workplace is different and presents its own culture and values which comes with its own set of advantages and challenges. A current theme across many of my recent workshops is managing a multigenerational workforce (i.e. Baby Boomers, Millennials, Gen Y, and Gen Z), and creating a workplace culture that values mental wellbeing.
