I can help you improve your mental health by focusing on and developing key aspects of your wellbeing. The approaches I use include but are not limited to strength-based training and Te Whare Tapa Whā.

Together we identify and build on your wellbeing cornerstones, based on the Māori health model known as Te Whare Tapa Whā.
